Gateway Credit Union is actively encouraging members to update how they receive their benefit and pension payments, requesting that funds be paid directly into their personal bank accounts.
This shift is designed to put greater control over personal finances directly in the hands of you, our member. By utilising direct bank payments, you can access your funds instantly without needing to contact us for withdrawals.
This updated process will also help us in streamlining operations. Processing numerous individual benefit and pension withdrawals can be a time-consuming administrative task that incurs additional operational costs. We're asking our members for their support to help eliminate this overhead.
How to Continue Saving
Members who still wish to save with Gateway Credit Union have several convenient options:
Standing Order: Set up a regular Standing Order from your personal bank account.
Cash Deposit: Make cash deposits directly.
To facilitate a Standing Order, members can request the Credit Union's bank details.
For Existing Payment Requirements
