Member Notice: Festive Opening Hours

The festive season is almost here! We know how important it is for you to manage your finances during this busy time, so please take note of our special opening hours for member services over the Christmas and New Year period.

We have slightly adjusted our schedule to allow our team to enjoy the holidays while still providing essential service on key days.

Christmas Opening Hours

Please note the following times for the run-up to Christmas:

• Monday 22nd December: 10am - 12pm

• Tuesday 23rd December: 10am - 12pm

• Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): 10am - 12pm

We will be closed on Christmas Day (Thursday 25th December) and Boxing Day (Friday 26th December).

New Year Opening Hours

Our member services will also be available on the following days around the New Year:

• Monday 29th December: 10am - 12pm

• Tuesday 30th December: 10am - 12pm

• Wednesday 31st December (New Year's Eve): 10am - 12pm

• Friday 2nd January 2026: 10am - 12pm

We will be closed on New Year's Day (Thursday 1st January 2026).

We are pleased to confirm that normal member service hours will resume on Monday, 5th January 2026.
