If you are already a member and would like to register for online services please call us on 01495 832111 during office hours. We can quickly verify your identity and send you a PIN via text message to your mobile phone.
Eligibility
You are eligible to become an member and save with us if you:
- live or work in Wales
- live/work outside of the areas above, but work for one of our growing number of employer partners who offer a Payroll partner savings and loans scheme with us

We’ve created a way for you to share proof of ID with us that’s both secure and reliable. As you progress with your application, you will be given an opportunity to show your ID there and then. There’s no waiting around.
