Almost all our members have now registered for the members' app and are requesting withdrawals or loans online. You can email us and we're also taking an increasing number of loan applications over the phone. We're trying to make everything as safe, easy and convenient as possible.
If you prefer a face-to-face service we're now open every morning 10-12 in Pontypool or by appointment, and 10-1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Chepstow. We're talking to our partner organisations about how we can return to a face-to-face service in other locations.
We're starting to welcome our volunteers back into the office too, with strict social distancing and hygiene in place to keep everyone safe.
