All of our face to face services have now been suspended for the duration of the Coronavirus emergency, in accordance with Welsh Government advice. We're still here though, even though some members of the team may be working remotely.
We have contacted most of our members who pay cash, and would like to suggest other payment methods. The list is here or give us a call and we'll find a method to suit you.
We're still at the end of a phone on 01495 742500, or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. As always, if you phone before 4pm we aim to get a withdrawal to your registered bank account the same day.
If you have not yet signed up for the web app to manage your Gateway accounts, why not do it today.
We know that many people will be worried about their finances at this time, do please give us a call if you having difficulties in making loan repayments. Our approach is always to work with our members to avoid making a difficult time any worse than it is.
